Hillary, who has fostered over a thousand dogs, has talked about dog and his situation.
She said that “it was mind-blowing that he had any spirit at all” given the shape he was in.
Ryker was so lonely, was abused and neglected. No one was taking care of him. But his life changed when he met Hillary.
Dog needed love and care. So he took everything needed to grow back his loving personality. Now he is looking for a loving home.
He also has a new friend, a husky dog. Ryker is so healthy and happy again because he deserves it.
In one case, deputies were called to a house near 151st Avenue and Dynamite Boulevard on Feb. 27 after Juli Soave allegedly left her animals behind when she was evicted.
Detectives standing outside the home said they could smell the animal waste inside.
More than 20 cats and two dogs were found inside, along with animal urine and huge piles of feces. Investigators had to wear protective gear and masks.
